Exchange and Return Policy
At pwminor.com, we want you to feel as positive about your order as we do about our product. And you can, because we stand behind every product we make. You may exchange or return merchandise purchased online for size, fit or style reasons within 30 days of shipment of your order, provided it has not been damaged, washed, altered or worn. If you desire to return your pw minor.com merchandise, please contact us for a Return Authorization form. Upon return, we credit your card for the cost of the merchandise and reorder should you choose to do so.
Disclaimer (the small print): Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We will do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours, Monday - Friday excluding holidays. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we do not guarantee the shipping company's performance.
Shipping Damage: If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, contact our Consumer Hotline within 10 days of delivery at 800-333-4067. Please have your order number, item number, any additional information from your original confirmation e-mail. Pwminor.com will make every reasonable credit your purchase and reorder in a timely manner.
Restoration Services (made in the USA product, only): We restore and repair shoes that we made here in our Batavia factory (not the imports) and we do not charge for repairs needed due to quality concerns. Restoration services due to wear and longevity will be estimated upon inspection. New out soles and insoles, leather renewal and new laces are common repair issues. Please contact us for estimated pricing.
Warranty: If there's a defect in your merchandise, ship it back to us and we'll make things right. All pw minor products are covered under our warranty against material and manufacturing defects, even after 30 days from your purchase shipment date but absolutely no later than six months of shipment date. We will be happy to repair the item if a member of our quality inspection team finds it defective. We replace the item only if the defect cannot be repaired. If it is not found to be defective, we will return it to you as soon as possible. Please contact us prior to returning your merchandise.
