Exchange and Return Policy
At this time, we are unable to accept returns for customized product. Custom footwear orders are nonrefundable, other than because of manufacturing or materials defect (this does not cover normal wear and tear). For additional information, please call our Consumer Hotline at 1-800-333-4067.
Disclaimer (the small print): Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We will do our best to ship all orders received by 3:00 PM EST on the same day (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. Orders received after 3:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we do not guarantee the shipping company's performance.
Shipping Damage: If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, contact our Consumer Hotline within 10 days of delivery at 1-800-333-4067. Please have your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. pwminor.com will make every reasonable effort to reorder the item or credit your purchase in a timely manner.
Restoration Services (made in the USA product, only): We restore and repair shoes that we made here in our Batavia factory (not the imports) and we do not charge for repairs needed due to quality concerns. Restoration services due to wear and longevity will be estimated upon inspection. New out soles and insoles, leather renewal and new laces are common repair issues, and you can call us for ballpark figures at 800-333-4067
Warranty: If there's a defect in your merchandise, ship it back to us and we'll make things right. All pw minor products are covered under our warranty against material and manufacturing defects, even after 30 days from your purchase shipment date. We will be happy to replace the item if a member of our quality inspection team finds it defective. If it is not found to be defective, we will return it to you as soon as possible.
